1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Apna CBSE Android application or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. Use of the App

Apna CBSE provides study material for CBSE students of Class 6 to 12, including chapter notes, NCERT solutions, question banks, MCQ practice, test series, previous year questions, mind maps, and book solutions. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app - including notes, solutions, questions, mind maps, and design - is owned by or licensed to Apna CBSE and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or share app content outside the app without written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute app content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the app.
  • Use automated tools to extract content from the app.
  • Share your account with others or create accounts using false information.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Purchases & Payments

Some content may be offered as an optional in-app purchase. All payments are processed through Google Play. Prices are displayed before purchase. Refunds, where applicable, are handled as per the Google Play refund policy.

7. Content Accuracy

We work to keep study material accurate and aligned with the current CBSE syllabus. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. The app is a study aid and does not replace official CBSE or NCERT publications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apna CBSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
